Eligibility:

I. Nationality: a candidate must be either:-

(a) a citizen of India, or

(b) a subject of Nepal, or

(c) a subject of Bhutan, or

(d) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or

(e) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

II. Age Limits:

A candidate must have attained the age of 15 years to 24 Years as on 01.07.2020.

III. Educational Qualification:

• A candidate must have 10^th and 12^th passed out.
• A candidate must have ITI Course relevant to recognized university.

Selection Process for South East Central Apprentice Posts

A Candidates selection process will be completed on the basis of merit list -Taking the average of the % age marks obtained by the candidates in both 10th standard (Matriculation) with minimum 50% (aggregate) marks and ITI examination giving equal weightage to both ( establishment rule 201/2017)

Medical Examination:

After the % marks the next level is a medical examination. Selected candidates may be advised to bring a medical certificate at the time of document verification in the prescribed proforma as per the Apprenticeship Act 1961 and Para 4 of the Apprenticeship Rule 1992( As amended from time to time). The medical certificate should be signed by Government-authorized Doctor(Gaz.), Not below the rank Asstt. Surgeon of Central /State Hospital.
