I. Nationality: a candidate must be either:-

(a) a citizen of India

II. Age Limits:

(a) A candidate must have attained the age between 21 Years to 28 Years.

iv. up to a maximum of five years if a candidate had ordinarily been domiciled in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Union Territory of Ladakh during the period from 1^st January, 1980 to 31st December,1989;

III. Educational Qualification:

• A candidate must have basic qualification of Graduation/Post Graduation degree from any stream.
