CISF ASI Eligibility Criteria

Every candidate is advised to check the eligibility criteria and ensure that he/she falls under the eligibility criteria. The criteria is specified below-

Service Eligibility

Only Head Constable/GD, Constable/GD, and Constable/Tradesmen who have completed five years of regular service including basic training in the grade or five years combined regular service as Head Constable/GD, Constable/GD, and Constable/Tradesmen can apply.

Age Limit

The minimum age limit is 18 years and upper age limit for candidates is 35 years. Age relaxation of 5 years is available for SC/ST candidates. OBC candidates are not eligible for any kind of age relaxation and can apply as General Candidates.

Educational Qualification

Graduation from a recognized University is required.

Service Record

The candidates applying should have a clean service record till the issue of appointment letter.

Medical Standard

A candidate who is completely fit both mentally and physically can perform his duty to his best. Thus, candidates are required to undergo a thorough medical examination to check whether they fit the criteria or not.

The candidates should be fit as per the following medical standards.

CISF ASI Recruitment Process

The CISF ASI Selection Procedure has five stages-

Stage I Checking of Service Records-It is a simple checking of records that does not contain any marks.

Stage II Written Examination- This is an objective type examination which bears 100 marks.

Stage III Physical Standard Test- The candidates are assessed based on the Physical standards mentioned above.

Stage IV Physical Efficiency Test- This test is of qualifying nature and shall not contain any marks. It involves five events-
