Overview

AILET 2024 was held on 11 December 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM in pen and paper mode. The controlling authority NLUD released a provisional AILET Exam 2023 answer key and question booklet on its official website on 12 December 2022. Examinees can check the AILET Exam  2024 answer key and if they find doubtful answers, raise objections by 14 December 2022 (11:00 AM). The authority will gather all the candidates feedback and declare the final answer key and result of AILET 2023. What is AILET?

AILET stands for All India Law Entrance Test, the National Level Law Entrance Exam conducted by NLUD which tests candidates' skills in various aspects before taking them in a law course. AILET Exam 2024 aspirants must check all the exam details, including the exam pattern, question types, difficulty level, and eligibility. There were some changes made by NLUD in AILET Exam Pattern, in which the Legal Aptitude and Elementary Mathematics sections were removed. The AILET 2024 Exam has 150 questions divided into three sections:

       English

       Logical Reasoning

       General Knowledge.

The AILET Exam 2024 is of 90 Minutes. There is AILET Negative Marking: -0.25 marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer, and +1 for each correct answer.

Who is Eligible for AILET?

AILET 2024 Exam Pattern

There will be 150 multiple-choice questions in the question paper according to the latest paper pattern.

       NLU, Delhi tests candidates’ knowledge based on different subjects, including English, Reasoning, and General Knowledge.

       AILET Negative Marking: NLU has set the criteria for negative marking to encourage candidates to perform well in the entrance test. Each incorrect answer will cost you a deduction of 0.25 marks, i.e., four incorrect answers will lead to a deduction of 1 mark.

       Although no prior knowledge of law or legal principles/legal terminology is required for the exam, legal concepts may be used to examine candidates' understanding and familiarity with legal reasoning in the logical reasoning portion.

The authorities NLUD released the AILET Admit Card 2024 on its official website on 25 November 2022. All the registered candidates downloaded the AILET 2024 Admit Card online by using their AILET Login option. The AILET Admit Card is a vital document issued by NLU as it contains essential particulars such as the name, date of birth, signature, photograph, reporting time, exam details of the candidate, etc. They will not be allowed to enter the examination hall without an admit card and valid photo ID proof.

AILET Result 2024
