RBI Assistant 2022 notification was released on 17th February at the official site. Reserve Bank of India has issued the latest recruitment notification for the RBI Assistant exam along with the important dates and a total number of vacancies.

RBI has also activated the direct link to apply online for the various Assistant posts. Interested as well as eligible candidates are requested to fill out the online form before the last date 08th March 2022 to avoid any last-minute hassle.

RBI Assistant 2022 exam date is also announced with the latest notification as per which the Prelims and Mains phase is expected to be held on 26th-27th March 2022. RBI Assistant exam is considered one of the most prestigious exams organized annually on a National Level for the recruitment process of Assistants in different branches of RBI across India. Candidates will be shortlisted for RBI Assistant recruitment 2022 on the basis of the Main examination & Language Proficiency Test.

This year a total of 950 assistant vacancies are rolled out by RBI. This time RBI has introduced a major change in the salary structure. RBI Assistant Exam Pattern 2022

The RBI Assistant exam pattern is the same as other bank clerk exams followed by Preliminary, Main, and Language Proficiency Test. This year a new change has been introduced i.e. the sectional timing in the exam pattern. They can go through the Prelim & main exam pattern below:

RBI Assistant Exam Pattern for Prelims

The RBI Assistant prelims is of qualifying nature. It consists of three subjects which are English language, reasoning ability, and numerical ability. Every section consists of a time duration of 20 minutes to answer the respective questions. The English language section carries a total of 30 questions for 30 marks whereas the reasoning and numerical ability consist of 35 questions for 35 marks.

RBI Assistant Exam Pattern for Mains

RBI Assistant exam pattern for mains consists of 5 subjects which are Reasoning Ability, Numerical Ability, English language, Computer Knowledge, and General Awareness. Each section consists of 40 questions each with a marking scheme of 1 mark for every correct answer. RBI Assistant mains exam pattern includes sectional timing allotment i.e. 30 minutes for Reasoning Ability, Numerical Ability, and English language whereas 20 minutes will be allotted for Computer Knowledge and 25 minutes for General Awareness section.
