IBPS SO Eligibility Criteria 2021: Age Limit, Qualification

IBPS SO eligibility criteria have been divided into three different stages which are nationality, age limit criteria, and educational qualification. In order to apply for the various post of IBPS SO, the candidates should fulfill certain IBPS SO eligibility criteria as described below:

Nationality

The candidate has to have the citizenship of India issued by the government of India. The following candidates can also apply for the IBPS SO 2021-2022 exam:

      a subject of Nepal or

      a subject of Bhutan or

      a Tibetan Refugee, who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or

      Persons migrated from India from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, along with the certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.

Age Limit Criteria

      Minimum Age: 20 years

      Maximum Age: 30 years

The candidate’s minimum age for IBPS SO age limit criteria must be 20 years and the maximum age limit should be 30 years for all the above-mentioned posts as on 01.11.2021. It means the candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.11.1991 and not later than 01.11.2001 (both dates inclusive).
