Candidates must check the eligibility before applying for the SSC CHSL 2022 exam. The SSC CHSL eligibility is divided into three categories:

      Educational Qualification

Nationality/Citizenship: A candidate must be either a citizen of India, Nepal, Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1 January 1962 to permanently settle in India.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University. If the applicant possesses any Degree obtained through Open Universities or Distance Education Mode, then that must be recognized by the Distance Education Council, IGNOU.

Skill Test Eligibility: The applicant must have passed 12th standard in the science stream with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized Board or equivalent. (Data Entry Operator Post Only).

SSC CHSL 2022 Number of Attempts

There is no limit to the number of attempts set by the recruiting body, but the age criteria have been well decided by the recruiting board. Therefore, a candidate can only apply for the SSC CHSL Recruitment 2022 post within the given age limit. SSC CHSL Exam Pattern 2022

There are no major changes in the SSC CHSL exam pattern introduced by SSC this year. It is going to be conducted in three Tiers - Tier 1 (online computer-based test), Tier 2 (descriptive paper), and Tier 3 (skill test).

SSC CHSL Tier 1: There are four subjects or sections in the SSC CHSL Tier 1 exam consisting of 25 questions that need to be completed in 60 minutes. For every correct answer, 2 marks will be awarded to the candidates and 0.50 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
