I. Nationality: a candidate must be either:-
(a) a citizen of India, or
(b) a subject of Nepal, or

Note: The duration of PWD Candidates is 120 Minutes in both Stage 1 & 2.Negative Marking is 1/3rd of each wrong question.

Qualifying marks: The candidates need to secure a minimum Score of 42 marks in each of the test batteries to qualify. This is applicable to all candidates irrespective of community or category and no relaxation in the minimum Score is permissible.
Candidates will have to qualify in each of the test of CBAT for considering them for the post of SM/TA. The CBAT shall have questions and answer options only in English and Hindi. There shall be no negative marking in CBAT.
Merit list will be drawn only from amongst the candidates qualifying in the CBAT, with 70% weightage for the marks obtained in the 2nd Stage CBT and 30% weightage for the marks obtained in CBAT.
Typing Skill Test(TST):
The candidates should be able to type 30 words per minute (WPM) in English or 25 WPM in Hindi on Personal Computer only without editing tools and spell check facility.
Document Verification:
The Documentation process is completely based on the clearance of 2nd stage CBT, CBAT and TST. The Combination of 3 stage marks will determine the selection in RRB-NTPC 2020.

Admit Card of RRB NTPC can be downloaded once the link has been activated on the official website of RRB. The admit card / hall ticket will be available zone-wise on the Regional Recruitment Boards. The admit card release date has not been announced yet. The exam date of RRB NTPC 2019 stage 1 exam is not yet announced although tentative exam date has been mentioned here which might occur in the months November 2019.
Interview:
Final merit list will be based on candidates performance in main exam and interview round.
Result:
RRB-NTPC 2020 Final Result will be released after the clearance of both Stage 1 and Stage 2 CBT exams. Candidates scorecards and cutoff for all phases will be published after the final result declaration.
