CGPSC has released the CGPSC Mains result 2024 on its official website. The result can be downloaded through the direct link by candidates. 242 candidates will be appearing for the CGPSC interview that is going to take place from 25 to 29 September 2024. ●       Open the official site of CGPSC on psc.cg.gov.in.

The CGPSC SSE is a 3 tier exam process. All the candidates need to go through the following 2 stages to be able to be appointed into the CGPSC State Services.

Stage I: CGPSC Preliminary exam: It consists of 2 MCQ papers.

●       Paper-I consists of GS questions and is for 200 marks.

●       Paper-II: consists of aptitude questions and is for 200 marks to be solved in 2 hours.

●       A candidate must qualify in both papers

Stage II: CGPSC Mains Exam: It consists of 7 compulsory papers.

Stage III: CGPSC Interview/Personality Test

Candidates qualifying the mains examination will be invited for a personality test i.e. the interview which is of 150 marks. The personality test will test the candidate’s mental alertness, clear and logical exposition, critical powers of assimilation, variety, and depth of interest, the balance of judgment, the ability for social cohesion and leadership and intellectual and moral integrity.

The final list of recommended candidates will be made based on the total marks obtained in the Mains exam and the personality test.
