There are mainly three stages of SBI PO Exam 2023. Check out the details of the exam pattern below:

·         Preliminary Exam.

·         Mains Exam.

·         GD/Interview.

We will discuss the details of all three exam pattern below that listed the Exam pattern Subject, Total number of questions, andTime duration. The following table will consist of Preliminary and Mains Exam Pattern.

The SBI PO Prelims exam pattern will consist of three prime Subject. These Subjects includes English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Logical Reasoning. Each Section consist of different number of question (discussed below). The time duration of each subject is 20 minutes. It is compulsory to clear the cut-off of each section. Coming to the next pattern that is Mains Section. The SBI PO Mains exam pattern will consist of four prime Subject. These Subjects includes Reasoning Ability/Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis & Interpretation, General/ Economy/ Banking Awareness, and English Language. Each Section consist of different number of question (discussed below). The time duration of each subject is different. It is also compulsory to clear the cut-off of each section. SBI PO Main Descriptive Pattern 2023:

• For every correct answer 1 mark will be awarded
• There is ¼ th marks deduction for every wrong attempts.
• In preliminary exam there is no sectional cut-off. Only overall cut-off will be considered there.
• The prelims exam is only qualifying in nature. Hence, the obtained marks in prelims exam will not be considered at the final merit list.
• There is no sectional cut-off in SBI PO mains exam. So, the candidates will be selected 3 times( approximately) of the category wise vacancies. Then qualifying candidates will be shortlisted for GD and Interview round.
• So, marks obtains in descriptive paper also be added to marks scored in MCQs. Then the final merit list will be published along with the marks of GD and Interview.

The Interview process will be based on the clearance of Preliminary and Mains Exam. However, the calculation of score will be based on the clearance of Mains and Interview Section. The total number of interview marks will be based of 50 marks from the Interview session. 30 marks from the Interview sessions, and 20 marks from the Group discussion. The cumulative score of Mains and Interview will let you reach into the Final Selection.
