All the candidates who want to appear for the SBI Clerk 2023 exam need to fulfill the SBI Clerk Eligibility Criteria 2023. SBI Clerk Junior Associates (Customer Support and Sales) eligibility norms are decided by the State Bank of India.

SBI Clerk Nationality Criteria 2024

The candidates must be either a

(i) Citizen of India or

(ii) A subject of Nepal or

(iii) A subject of Bhutan or

(iv) A Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or

(v) A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania

(vi) Migrated students need to read the details provided by SBI through the brochure.

SBI Clerk Age Limit Criteria 2024

The candidate must meet the following age-based criteria to apply for SBI Clerk Recruitment 2023:

      Candidate’s age must not be below 20 years and not above 28 years as on 01.04.2023. It means candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.04.1994 and not later than 01.04.2003 (both days inclusive).

7 years (subject to a maximum age limit of 35 years for General, 38 years for OBC & 40 years for SC/ST candidates.

Note: Candidates seeking age relaxation are required to submit copies of necessary certificate(s) at the time of the interview, if qualifying.

SBI Clerk Educational Qualification 2024

To apply for SBI Clerk recruitment 2024, a candidate must fulfill the following essential qualification -

1.      The candidate must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or any such equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.

2.     There are no definite percentage criteria defined by SBI to apply for this clerical cadre post. It means the candidate with any percentage in graduation can apply for this exam.

3.     The candidates who are having integrated dual degree certification must ensure that the date of passing the integrated dual degree is on or before the last date of submission of the application form.

Number of Attempts for SBI Clerk 2024
