WB Excise Constable Recruitment Preliminary Exam Pattern
A total of 100 questions will be asked in the preliminary exam and the total marks will be 100. Each incorrect answer will lead to the deduction of 1/4th marks. The duration of the exam will be one hour.

WB Excise Constable Recruitment Final Written Exam Pattern
After a candidate qualifies for the PMT/PET, the third and final stage will be a written test. Candidates who will appear for this exam will edge closer to recruitment. The duration of the exam is 1 hour and 30 minutes and the total number of questions will be 90. 1/4th of the marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer. The details are:
