Vacancies: LIC AAO 2020 has announced total 218 number of vacancies.
Selection: The selection of LIC AAO 2020 is based on Preliminary, Mains and Personal Interview.
Syllabus: The Syllabus of LIC AAO 2020 is mainly based on English Language/Quantitative Aptitudes/Logical Reasoning/General knowledge and Current affairs.
Important Dates: Date of registration: 25th February 2020 to 15th March 2020.
Prelims Exams: March 2020 . Mains Exam: 4th April 2020.

LIC AAO Apply Online:

1. Visit the official website of LIC or Visit authorized website.
2. Click on “New Register” for ID and Password.
3. Fill up the application form and enter your “Personal details/Education qualification/Contact details”
4. Upload Scanned Document including (Photo and Signature).
5. Candidates will receive the notification of downloading “Admit Card” on March 2020 for preliminary exams on the official Website and register mobile number.
6. Candidates aspiring for LIC AAO i.e. those who have qualified for LIC AAO PRELIMS 2020 can download the ADMIT CARD from the official website of IBPS.
7. The link is open for the download on March 2020. You can download the “Mains Admit card” till the examination schedule.
8. To login on the official website, the candidates will require the following:

LIC AAO Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria:
The LIC AAO 2020  has different criteria on the basis of the eligibility. In order to be eligible for LIC AAO you need to be eligible into the 3 main criteria.

1. Age Limit:

   Minimum Age: 21 Years
   Maximum Age: 30 Years
   (Age limit based on 1st February 2020)

2. Educational Qualification:

   AAO Qualification:

  AAO (Chartered Accountant):

    Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized Indian University/Institution and Candidates should have passed Final Examination of Institute of Chartered       Accountant and completion of Articles as presented by Institute of Chartered Accountant. The candidate should be an Associate member of the       Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Candidates should provide their membership number and the same will be verified with the Institute of          Chartered Accountants of India

AAO (Rajbhasha):

  Post Graduate Master’s Degree in Hindi/Hindi translation with English as one of the subjects at Bachelor’s Degree level.

 OR

 Post Graduate Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as one of the subjects at Bachelor’s degree level.
 OR
 Post Graduate Master’s Degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at Bachelor’s degree level.

AAO (Actuarial):
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian University/Institution and Candidates should have compulsorily passed 6 or more papers of the examination conducted by the Institute of Actuaries of India / Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK. as on the date of eligibility i.e. 1st February 2020. Candidates should provide their membership number and the same will be verified with the Institute of Actuaries of India / Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK.


AAO (IT):
Graduate Degree in Engineering in Computer Science, IT or Electronics, or an MCA, or as MSC (Computer Science) from the recognized University / Institution.

AAO (Legal):
Bachelor’s degree in Law or LLM from a recognized Indian University / Institution. Three years of Bar experience is essential.


AE Qualification:


AE (Electrical):

B.Tech/B.E. (Electrical) from an AICTE recognized Indian University / Institution. Candidate should have a minimum of three years working experience in planning and execution of multi-storied building projects with all required infrastructure.

AE (Structural):
M. Tech / M.E. (Structural) from an AICTE recognized Indian University/ Institution. Candidate should be well versed with structural design of high rise buildings with the foundation system. He/she should be familiar with various standards of BIS pertaining to structural design and Foundation design and must be experienced in the handling of structural engineering software like ETABS, STAAD, etc. Candidates applying for the post must possess minimum one-year hands-on experience in the area.

Assistant Architect:
B. Arch. from a recognized Indian University / Institution. Candidate should be registered with the Council of Architecture and possess a minimum of three years of experience in designing all types of buildings with allied services. Candidate should also, be well versed with green building design requirements and application of AutoCAD software and/or similar type software.

AE (Civil):
B.Tech/B.E. (Civil) from an AICTE recognized Indian University/Institution. Candidate should have a minimum of three years of working experience in planning and execution of multi-storied building projects with all required infrastructure.

Nationality:
1. A Candidate must have a nationality of India.
2. A Candidate must be subjects to Nepal, or
3. A Candidate must be subjects to Bhutan
4. Tibetan Refugee Candidate who came to India for settling permanently.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

LIC AAO Exam pattern

The exam pattern of LIC AAO & AE Consist of 3 different phases.

1. Preliminary Exam.
2. Mains Exam.
3. GD/PI.

The aspirants who qualified Preliminary exam will be call for mains exam and the aspirants who clear the mains exam will be call for final Group Discussion and Personal Interview Section. The preliminary exams will be based on Computer based test (CBT), The papers are available in both Hindi and English. The mains exam will be based on both Online and Offline. The aspirants who clear all the 3 rounds will receive the appoint letter.
