Nationality of the candidate: An eligible candidate belongs to one of the sections below. Then only the candidate will get the opportunity to sit for the IBPS PO exam in India.
1. Indian Citizen or
2. Citizen of Nepal or Bhutan or
3. A refugee of Tibet who visited India before January 1st, 1962 with the clear intention of permanently settling in India.
4. Indian origin person who had migrated to the following countries but came to India with the clear intention of settling in India peacefully. The person should have obtained the eligibility certificate issued by the Indian Government.
Educational Qualification: There are certain criteria related to the educational qualification of the candidate to be eligible to sit in this exam set by the IBPS. They are-
1. The candidate should be holding a Graduation degree from any discipline of a University which is authorized and recognized by the Indian Government as of 26/08/2021.
2. The candidate can also possess an equivalent qualification to the Graduation degree which is recognized by the Central Government.
3. The results of final year students should get their results before September 2021.
4. The IBPS has not set any minimum eligibility percentage for the graduation degree students.
Age Criteria: In accordance with the norms of IBPS PO set by the IBPS the age limit eligibility should be as follows:
1. The minimum age of the applied candidate should be 20 years.
2. The candidate's maximum age should not be more than 30 years of age as of 01/08/2021.
3. The upper age limit is relaxed for the following categories as follows:

IBPS PO 2021 interview process is the last stage of the selection process in the IBPS PO exam. The candidates qualifying in the mains exam are called in for an interview session. The candidates are judged out of 100 marks. The minimum cut off marks for this round for different categories are:
