NDA 2 Admit Card 2023

The authorities will release the NDA 2 admit card 2023 for all the registered candidates for the courses commencing at NDA and INAC in July 2024. They can download the admit card by logging with the required credentials. The NDA 2 2023 exam will be conducted at different testing locations across the country which consists of two papers-Maths and GAT. The overall number of objective-type questions is 270. Error in UPSC NDA Admit Card

In case any candidate does not receive the NDA admit card one week before the exam or there is an error in the same, they must contact the examination authority immediately by providing the following details while reporting any issue:

      Name and year of the examination

      Registration ID (RID)

      Roll number (if received)

Things to carry along with NDA Admit Card

Candidates must carry any one of the following photo-identity proof along with the admit card:

General Instructions for NDA Exam

      The entry gate closes 10 minutes before the commencement of the exam. For the morning session, the entry closes at 9.50 am while for the afternoon session, the entry closes at 1.50 pm

      Preserve the admit card till the declaration of the final NDA result 2023

      Candidates are responsible for the safe custody of their NDA admit cards

      Mobile phones, calculators, or any other electronic devices are banned inside the exam centre

      Candidates should bring a black point pen for marking the answers

      Candidates whose photograph is not clearly printed on NDA admit card should bring photo-identity proof and three passport-sized photographs for each session of the exam with an undertaking

      Candidates are advised to visit their NDA exam centre at least one day in advance to avoid any hassle on the day of the exam

NDA Exam Pattern

NDA exam pattern consists of a written exam and SSB interview. The written exam of NDA has two papers-Maths and General Ability Test. There are objective-type questions in the written exam. The GAT paper consists of 150 questions and Maths paper carries 120 questions. The GAT paper consists of two parts-English and General Knowledge. Each paper of the written exam is held for 2 ½. Total marks allotted to the written exam are 900. Those qualifying the written exam are called for an SSB interview which carries 900 marks.

NDA Syllabus

NDA syllabus for Maths and GAT are as follows:

NDA Mathematics syllabus comprises topics such as Algebra, Calculus, Matrices and Determinants, Integral Calculus and Differential Equations, Trigonometry, Vector Algebra, Analytical Geometry Of Two and Three Dimension and Statistics and  Probability.

NDA GAT Syllabus has two parts: English and General Knowledge. The syllabus of English Language comprises topics from Grammar and Usage, Vocabulary, Comprehension, and Cohesion. The syllabus of General Knowledge comprises topics from Physics, Chemistry, Social Studies, General Science, Geography, and Current Events.

Q:  Is it compulsory to take the colour print of an NDA admit card to the exam centre?

A:No, it is not compulsory to take the colour printout of an NDA admit card to the exam centre. According to the official notice, candidates need to bring the printout of the admit card along with the (original) Photo Identity Card, whose number is mentioned in the admit card. They need to bring the admit card in each session to secure admission to the exam centre. Candidates need to preserve the admit card till the declaration of the final result as it is required for the SSB Interview.

Q:  My mother's name is written wrong in the NDA admit card. I am not able to get an affidavit and my SSB interview is near. What will happen?

A:NDA admit card is an important document and it is essential that the information on it is accurate. According to the Indian Army's website, if there is a discrepancy in the name, date of birth or other details in the admit card, candidates are required to submit an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of INR 10. If they are unable to get an affidavit, they may contact the NDA authorities for guidance. A: NDA admit card is required for SSB Interview. Candidates can download their admit cards for SSB interview after the declaration of the result. Candidates need to login into the website of Indian Army to select their SSB dates, time, venue, etc. After submitting these details, SSB interview call letter is generated. Candidates need to carry their interview call letters along with the required documents to the exam centre. Candidates need to qualify the SSB interview inorder to get selected for the National Defence Academy and Indian Naval Academy courses.
