The average net salary after 7th pay commission for the upper as well as lower Primary teachers from Class I-VIII after qualifying CG TET range between INR 9,300 to INR 34,000. The salary of a CG TET qualified teacher depends on the type of school the candidate is selected to teach in and the classes offered to the candidate.

The salary of the candidates increases with their experience and performance. The average pay scale of the candidates can go upto INR 48,000. The allowance is given based on the promotion avenues.
